In our fourth and final NHL 2K6 league, the Oilers (RebelsHockey) defeated the defending champion Thrashers (Chilly_Canadian) 2 games to 1 to take the PUG Cup. Congrats to RebelsHockey for finally winning the cup after making it to the Finals the last three seasons. Congrats to CC for defending his title to the bitter end. Thanks to all who participated in all our 2K6 leagues...I hope you'll join us in our various 2K7/sports leagues.

The Thrashers (Chilly Canadian) defeated the Capitals (RebelsHockey) 2 games to 0 in the 3rd NHL PUG Cup Championship. The Thrashers not only only swept the Finals against the Caps, but also swept the other two playoff rounds against the Islanders and Rangers. It's the Thrashers 1st Cup; the Rangers won the previous two. Kudos to both Todd and Jeff as well as everyone else who took part in Season 3.
